Unifying the architectural character between the existing building with the addition through scale, color and striping of the block to create a harmonious exterior
Creation of a new, powerful primary entryway to the new and existing building, emanating into a two story "Great Room Hall"
Design an "Outside In" building, allowing maximum outside fenestration
